Biography:
Directeur de Recherche in CNRS, France. He was born in Volos, Greece on the 30th of November of 1956. He obrtained his B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Athens, Greece (1978) and the Ph.D. in Nuclear Astrophysics from the University Paris 7, France in 1986. His scientific interests include nuclear astrophysics, galaxy evolution and gamma- ray astronomy. He has published numerous scientific papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings and special volumes / books.
